All sent transactions older than 3 months are automatically removed from the Sent Transactions window on a daily basis.
Note that there is a standard filter (All recent transactions) active, that ensures that you just see the sent transactions of the last 7 days (enabling a faster upload of your page). You can customize this filter according to your preference.
