a) Price indexation Isabel rates
Isabel NV/S.A. will index its rates for Isabel 6 services on 1 January 2025, using the indexing formula provided in Clause 7 of the General Terms and Conditions relating to Isabel products (see point 2b below). The indexed rate cards will come into force on the same day (1st January 2025).
b) Access to government services (eGovernment)
From 31 January 2024, the Federal Public Service Finance (Belgium) will no longer provide access to the Intervat, Biztax and Finprof services via commercial certificates including the Isabel card. The service to deposit annual accounts via the National Bank using the Isabel card will also no longer be possible. You will find more information about the services that are accessible via the Isabel card here.
