How can I find my Subscription number or User ID and other information on my profile as Isabel 6 user?

Your User id is written on the card.

1. Name of the organization    
   
2. Name of the user
3. User Id: 5-xxxxxxx-yyy-zz 
4. Card Id: yyyyyyyyyyyy

• Every User Id starts with 5
• The 7 following digits (xxxxxxx) represent your Subscription number (e.g.:5-0054490-110-23)   
  
• The 3 following digits (yyy) represent your User number (e.g.: 5-0054490-110-23)
• The 2 last digits (zz) are the check digits (e.g.: 5-0054490-110-23)

If the IsaKey is activated, you can retrieve the User id by performing these steps.

If your IsaKey is not activated, you will find your User id on the letter you received in the IsaKey envelope.
