1. Install the CA manually via the Isabel 6 Control Panel (need admin rights). Click the button "CA".
2. Some antivirus programs block HTTPS (SSL/TLS) communications when using your Isabel SmartCard.
Contact your system administrator to help you configure your antivirus program. Check if there are any programs installed that might interfere with the workings of Isabel.
