Replace an IsaKey of an exisiting user.

Once Isabel or the bank has successfully processed your order, the IsaKey will be dispatched via postal mail to the delivery address provided in the IsaKey order form on the following day.

Please consider that the delivery may take up to 5 business days.

If you lack a Belgian eID or are unaware of your Belgian eID's PIN, you requested a One-time activation code via the order form.

The One-time activation code will be sent via postal mail to the delivery address specified in the IsaKey order form approximately two days after the IsaKey is dispatched.

Please bear in mind that the delivery process may take up to 7 business days.
