Basic modules

Upon installing a new user, you will have to make the choice between 2 basic modules:

Standard module: a user with access to all functionalities
Signing module: a user who only needs to sign transactions

In every Isabel 6 subscription there must be at least one active Standard module, so the first user will always be a Standard user. For additional users, depending on their needs, a selection can be made. It is always possible to change this later.

Standard module

Users with the Standard module can:

Manage an unlimited number of accounts at one bank.
Initiate domestic, European (SEPA) and international payments
Upload payment files
Consult entered transactions and, when properly mandated by the bank, sign and send them.
Consult account statements and request various reports
Consult sent transactions

When using this module, you can always add optional modules or extra banks.

Signing module

Users with the signing module can:

Consult entered transactions (prepared by other users with a standard module) and sign them
Consult account information (when properly mandated by the bank)

Users with the signing module cannot activate any optional modules.

Multiple signers

It is always a good idea to have transactions signed by multiple users. Four eyes see more than two. There is an extra check on the correctness of the information and it helps to avoid possible fraud.

Rates

An Isabel 6 subscription is a modular system. For each user you can choose the modules a particular users needs, providing a full control over the cost of your subscription.
