1. Improved sign flow with new overview window
The sign flow in Isabel 6 has been renewed. A new overview window first shows you in detail which transactions you are going to sign now.
For all transactions together, a unique reference is generated. This is shown at the top of the screen in red (in this example: MINT GREEN 342 WHITETOWN). Remember this reference, because you also find these data in the next screen where you will effectively sign these transactions.
If you click Sign now, your trusted signing window appears again.
To simplify the last step in the signing process, you will no longer see alle the payment details in this window. Instead, the unique reference is shown which is linked to the list of payments in the first overview window. This reference must be exactly the same as the one on the overview window.
Major advantage: you used to be able to sign a maximum of 20 files in one go. This new powerful sign flow allows you sign all your payments and payment files at the same time.

2. Switch Signer: facelift and improvements
Today, a colleague (for example a manager) can sign transactions on your PC with his/her Isabel Smartcard. This is the 'Switch Signer' option. This functionality is available in the 'Transactions' tab after you activated the optional MultiSign module.
In this release, this function was given a facelift with an extra focus on user-friendliness.
What has changed?
- the screen now has a better layout.
- it now also works on Edge, Firefox, Chrome and on MacOs (Safari). Before it only worked on Internet Explorer.
- you have a complete overview of all signers. In case of many signers, you can use the search bar to quickly enter and find the desired signer(s).
- After signing, the first user no longer has to authenticate again. The session remains active and you automatically go back to Isabel 6.
3. Manage counterparties: range increased
Before, you could see a maximum of 25 counterparties in the ‘Manage counterparties’ overview window. Now, up to 100 counterparties per page can be shown. Customers with more than 500 counterparties had to find the right counterparty using a filter. Now they can scroll through their entire list grouped in pages per 100, without first having to do a search.
4. Bug fixes
- When creating a PDF report of a direct debit file the BIC code was not shown in the report. This has now been rectified.
- Signers can now be invited back if you import payment files.
5. North Macedonia
Since 12 February 2019, Macedonia is officially known as North Macedonia. Therefore, the country ‘MK’ was given a name update in Isabel 6.
1. New! View and request exchange rates
Did you know that Isabel 6 processes nearly 5 million international transactions a year? A good reason to offer you an additional feature. If you carry out a transfer in a foreign currency in Isabel 6 via the menu Payment or Group of Payments, you get to see two innovations under the field Amount.

2. Improvement: BIC code now also in PDF report
If you have carried out a transfer specifying the Bank Identifier Code (BIC) of the beneficiary's bank, this BIC code will appear in the PDF report henceforth.
3. Own IBAN for Vatican City
Vatican City already has its own number plates and telephone code. Now they will also get their own IBAN code (starting with VA - 22 characters in all).
4. Isabel 6 account: enter or change your e-mail
Via Manage Isabel 6 account, My profile, it is now possible to enter or change your email address. This will ensure a professional service by our Customer Care team.
